This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LitCheck ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the mobile application LitCheck (the "App"), available on supported mobile platforms.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, LitCheck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
This license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing by LitCheck.
You agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, software, content, and branding ("Platform Content"), are owned by LitCheck or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant LitCheck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (as necessary), and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for operating, improving, and promoting the App.
You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
The App is currently free to use and does not offer paid features.
If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be subject to additional terms and platform (Apple / Google) billing policies.
LitCheck may provide updates, patches, or new versions ("Updates"), which may be installed automatically.
We may perform maintenance that could temporarily interrupt service. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates.
This EULA remains in effect until terminated.
Your access may be suspended or terminated if you:
You may also terminate your account at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature (Settings → "Hesabı Sil" / Delete Account). See our Account Deletion page for details.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
LitCheck does not guarantee that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LitCheck shall not be liable for:

Apple App Store: This agreement is between you and LitCheck, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the App and is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement.
Google Play: This agreement is between you and LitCheck, not Google. Google has no responsibility for the App.
Your use must comply with respective platform policies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LitCheck from any claims arising from:

LitCheck may remove content or suspend accounts that:
Impersonation and misleading behavior are prohibited.
This EULA does not replace the Privacy Policy.
LitCheck does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking.

LitCheck may update this EULA.
Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
