LitCheck — Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your LitCheck account and all associated personal data directly from within the app at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Open the LitCheck app and sign in to your account.
Navigate to your Profile tab (bottom navigation).
Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
Tap "Hesabı Sil" (Delete Account).
In the confirmation dialog, tap "Onayla" (Confirm).

Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be signed out.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:

Your email address, username, profile picture, and bio
All outfit photos and product links you uploaded
Your likes, swipe history, and follow relationships
Your notification history and push notification token
Your leaderboard scores, badges, and rank history
Any reports you have filed

Anonymized and aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained for legal compliance and service improvement as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 4: Data Retention).

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@litcheck.online with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify your identity and process your request within 72 hours.
